How to purchase material to match demand

A. There is already a Purchase Order which includes an order for parts ( Purchase Order Line Item ) that match the material needed and those parts have not been claimed

B. There is already a Purchase Order which includes an order for parts ( Purchase Order Line Item ) that match the material needed but those parts have been claimed for a different use

C. There is not already a Purchase Order which includes an order for parts ( Purchase Order Line Item ) that match the material needed

When the specified Purchase Order Line Items are fulfilled the parts are received in to inventory.

Material matching the demand is in your inventory and may be used to fulfill the demand.
