“Process(es)” is going to be used to mean something like a workflow or series of instructions, which is oriented around goals or metrics of interest to one or more Systems. The activity and information associated with a Process will generally be captured and communicated in a specified formalized way and may be associated with one or more Documents. A Process tells “how/what to do” and when. Processes describe actions or sets of actions, along with decision points or step requirements.
