An Organization’s Demand can be Supplied from outside by Suppliers, and by the Organization itself, one division providing Supply for another division’s Demand by transfer or assembly.
Supply coming to the Organization can be found on certain Orders, including:
- Purchase Orders, where the Line Items detail Supply that is to come from outside
- Inventory Orders, where the Line Items detail Supply that is to come from a particular department
- Work Orders, where the Part section details Supply that is to come from Production
